Terms and Conditions - Lux Exotic Rentals

These terms and conditions apply to all luxury car rentals with Lux Exotic Rentals ("we", "us", or "our") in Toronto, Ontario. By renting a vehicle from us, you ("the Renter") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Lux Exotic Rentals, the Renter must:

a. Be at least 25 years of age.

b. Possess a valid driver's license.

c. Provide proof of identity (e.g., passport, national ID card).

d. Provide proof of a valid and current automobile insurance policy.

2.Rental Fees and Payment

a. The Renter agrees to pay the rental fee as per the agreed rate, duration, and any additional charges incurred during the rental period.

b. A security deposit is required at the time of booking, which will be refunded upon the return of the vehicle in satisfactory condition.

c. All fees and charges are payable in Canadian dollars.

Vehicle Usage

a. The Renter agrees to use the rented vehicle for personal use only and not for any commercial purposes or illegal activities.

b. The Renter must not exceed the allowed mileage limit specified in the rental agreement. Additional charges apply for any excess mileage.

c. The Renter is responsible for all tolls, parking fees, and traffic fines incurred during the rental period.

Insurance and Liability

a. The Renter is required to maintain a valid automobile insurance policy covering liabilitya. The Renter is required to maintain a valid automobile insurance policy covering liability and damage to the rented vehicle. The Renter's insurance policy must be in effect for the entire duration of the rental period.

b. The Renter is responsible for any and all loss or damage to the rented vehicle, up to the amount of their insurance deductible or the cost of repairs, whichever is less.

c. The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold Lux Exotic Rentals harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from the Renter's use of the rented vehicle.

Terms and Conditions

Maintenance and Repairs

a. The Renter is responsible for maintaining the rented vehicle in good working order, including keeping the vehicle clean, ensuring proper tire pressure, and checking fluid levels.

b. The Renter must not perform any repairs or modifications to the rented vehicle without prior written consent from Lux Exotic Rentals.

c. In case of mechanical breakdown, the Renter must immediately contact Lux Exotic Rentals for assistance.

Cancellations and Refunds

a. The Renter may cancel their booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for a full refund, minus a cancellation fee.

b. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled pick-up time or for no-shows.

c. Lux Exotic Rentals reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as vehicle unavailability due to maintenance or accidents. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative vehicle, if available.

Return of the Vehicle

a. The Renter agrees to use the rented vehicle for personal use only and not for any commercial purposes or illegal activities.

b. The Renter must not exceed the allowed mileage limit specified in the rental agreement. Additional charges apply for any excess mileage.

c. The Renter is responsible for all tolls, parking fees, and traffic fines incurred during the rental period.s.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

By proceeding with a rental from Lux Exotic Rentals, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
